Traditional cured meats from the Marche region
Cured meats made entirely in the Marche region are the company's main products: I.G.P Ciauscolo, Fabriano salami, Ascolano salami and cured ham. All are products from a OGM free supply chain and are made exclusively using the best certified Italian meats.

Organic and OGM free animal feed
The animal feed factory is the fulcrum around which the carefully supervised and controlled feeding in Saipa farms rotates. Three different ranges are produced: OGM free feeds, organic feeds and extruded feeds for aquaculture, and animal biscuits.

Controlled farms
Pigs, cows and chickens: Saipa farms are all subjected to strict controls; all are located in the provinces of Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, and are managed by the "La Cisterna" Farming Cooperative (which belongs to the Group), and which butchers all its meats itself.

Ciauscolo I.G.P
The best-known salami from our region boasts extremely old origins. Pink in colour, full-flavoured yet delicate, it is the symbol of the art of making cured meats in the Marche region's countryside. Its soft, spreadable texture has long made it a favourite which obtained I.G.P (Protected Geographical Indication) status in 2009.
