Saipa's cured meats factory

This is the newest arrival to the Saipa Group, although it has quickly become its driving force. The brand produces different ranges of cured meats that satisfy wide ranging tastes throughout Italy, from cured meats traditionally made in the Marche area to traditional Italian cured meats and hams.

The quality of the raw materials used, the care with which our artisans process the meat and the time taken to allow the animals to grow and for a correct maturation process are the crucial ingredients for producing wholesome, outstanding quality cured meats. A perfect blend of tradition and innovation, returning to time-honoured local farmers' recipes but with a production and control system that is in step with the third millennium. Saipa only uses its own meat, and its range is aimed at large supermarket chains around Italy, with branded products for prestigious names such as Coop and Conad.

 

 


 

Our product brands

The SAIPA Verde range includes typical cured meats from the Marche region, traditional Italian cured meats and hams. This also includes the SAIPA Oro label, which distinguishes cured meats made with carefully selected meats and different consistencies, such as the Milano-type salami, Hungarian-type salami, Napoli-type salami and the Salamella sausage.
The SAIPA Rossa range includes smoked and some spicy cured meats.
The cured meat factory also produces other brand name products, such as "Vecchio Mulino", "Colline del Chienti" , "Casale" and "Cisternino".
