Hams

The hams are fragrant, flavoursome and authentic products of the Marche region. They represent a large part of our products, and are made from pigs that follow Saipa's entire supply chain in that they are born, raised and slaughtered in the company premises. They are salted without the use of preservatives, and undergo minimal maturation ranging from 16 to 18 months in modern, temperature-controlled premises. The process is not rushed; instead it aims to ensure the end product is of the highest quality and the very best flavour.
